Are you looking for your next challenge where your contributions truly matter?

We are seeking an experienced & dynamic HVAC Estimator to joinour Brisbane Projects team based in Mansfield, QLD. You will assist with completing project estimation works, as required, and the preparation of various quotations and submission of offers for installation projects throughout the company’s Brisbane branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Preparation of estimates
- Building strong, trustworthy and respectful relationships with clients
- Liaise and collaborate with Estimators, Project Managers & National Projects team in all aspects, including handover & completing projects
- Provide technical advice, when required, to clients, team members and other stakeholders
- Ensure correct documentation, installation maintenance manuals and all certificates of compliance are provided at project completion
- Apply & support OH&S; and Quality initiatives and policies





The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:

- Strong understanding and experiences in estimating retro fit HVAC upgrades and fit out
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Basic / Intermediate Understanding of Business Finance
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Robust leadership skills, with developed interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Computer skillsin Microsoft Excel and office-based databases
