Job Title: Technical Product Specialist- Salesforce

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 5 months

Salary: £57,113.64 Per Annum (£63,125.60 is achieved after 12 successful performance in the role) Per Annum

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid

Riverside Digital and Technology embeds DevOps as a key method of its delivery approach and principles, the value that it delivers relies on maintaining a certain cadence, so the role holder will make sure that all members of their DevOps Chapter work well together to deliver that value.

In this role, you will be responsible for product analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to meet our business needs. As a Technical Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in Salesforce projects, translating business requirements system configuration, customisation and ongoing support. You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, understand integrations with other enterprise systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring that end-users are supported.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and helping ensure Salesforce related projects are delivered to successful completion.



This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a robust background in Salesforce, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

- Relevant IT qualifications, equivalent to Batchelors Degree or above.
- Experience in product analysis, technical specifications and design.
- Proven Salesforce knowledge across Salesforce Service, Non-Profit and Experience Cloud.
