Citation HR is seeking a Workplace Relations Consultant to lead audits end-to-end, from initial client call to the report and implementation, delivering explicit, commercially focused advice on award coverage and classification, pay compliance, and workplace policies.
You'll join the HR & WHS Advisory team, work across diverse clients, advise on contracts, policies and workplace matters, and build strong relationships while growing your expertise under senior leadership.
