AZL Holdings is based in Revesby, Sydney. We supply scaffolding, formwork, Halo edge protection and mobile scaffolding for sale and hire, plus Climb On products for hire and sale. Our customers are mainly scaffold companies, builders, principal contractors and subcontractors across Sydney and NSW. The business is stable. We are expanding the sales team and hiring a Sales Representative.

About the Role

This is a junior field sales role for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn and grow.

We want about 1 to 2 years of sales experience in any industry. Construction experience is not required. We train you on the products, and an experienced salesperson mentors you. Industry “old hands” with a heavy senior resume are not the target for this hire.

You will develop new customers, look after assigned accounts, visit sites across Greater Sydney, quote, follow through to order, and support payment follow-up.

What You Will Do

- Develop recent customers (scaffold companies, builders, principal contractors and subcontractors) and maintain assigned accounts
- Understand site needs, prepare quotes, follow through to order, and support payment follow-up
- Visit customers and sites, mainly across Greater Sydney




- Keep CRM notes up to date
- Work with warehouse and logistics so deliveries land when promised

This Role Will Suit Someone Who

- Has about 1 to 2 years of sales experience (any industry; B2B or trade-facing is a plus)
- Learns fast and wants to start from the product up
- Handles rejection, keeps following up, and can organise their own day
- Speaks fluent English and can discuss price with customers
- Holds a NSW driver’s licence and has their own reliable car
- Has full Australian work rights
- Has a White Card, or is willing to get one after starting

This Role Is NOT For

- Inbound-only or pure office-based customer service profiles
- People who need a senior title or deep construction resume to feel ready
- Anyone uncomfortable with site visits
- Low-energy or low-initiative profiles

What We Offer

- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Base salary $70,000 to $85,000 plus super, plus bonus
