Key responsibilities

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, wireless networks and associated equipment.

Installing and supporting business phone systems, including IP handsets and cloud‑based solutions.

Diagnosing and resolving internet, network, Wi‑Fi and phone system faults.

Attending customer premises for installations, service calls and equipment upgrades.

Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting.

Assisting with business internet and NBN service provisioning and fault resolution.

Providing customer training and clear, professional technical advice.

Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting technical work.

About you

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

A genuine interest in IT, networking and telecommunications.

Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

A practical, hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliability, initiative and the ability to manage priorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience or qualifications in IT, networking,



telecommunications or a related technical field (highly regarded but not essential).

Practical knowledge of computer networks, routers, switches and wireless equipment (highly regarded but not essential).
