HealthcareLink Support is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for mobile community and clinic-based work in Bertram, Mandurah, and the Rockingham region. You will deliver person-centred supports across a range of disability needs in partnership with families and support networks.
Clinics are located in Bertram and Mandurah, with caseload balanced by residence. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team including other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
