Barrattgalvin is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support the ANZ Legal Team in Sydney on a part time parental leave cover contract until September 2027, within a job-share arrangement with another Legal Assistant. In this role you will manage diaries and inboxes, draft documents, coordinate meetings and travel, handle billing and matter files, and liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be organised, discreet and proactive, with at least two years’
