Noarc is a Melbourne-based joinery business specialising in custom cabinetry, bespoke joinery, and residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cabinet Maker or Joinery Tradesperson to join our team and assist with the manufacture and assembly of custom joinery in our Reservoir factory.

Key responsibilities

- Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry and joinery.
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans.
- Operating woodworking machinery and workshop equipment.
- Cutting, edging, assembling, and finishing cabinetry components.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and secure.
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

About you





- Experience in cabinet making or joinery manufacturing is preferred.
- Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Able to work 2–3 days per week, with flexibility where required. Full time hours available to the right candidate
