Ausfive Psychology is a new telehealth psychology platform launching across Australia, and we need one exceptional administrator to run our front of house — fully remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You'll be the engine of a growing practice:

- Every call and SMS enquiry answered warmly and turned into a booking — you're the first voice a client hears, often on a hard day, and you'll treat that as the responsibility it is
- Bookings, rescheduling and payments managed in our practice software (Halaxy experience required)
- The practice inbox owned end to end; referrals chased; records kept immaculate
- Practitioner onboarding supported as the team grows month on month




- A short written update to the director every day, and reachable by phone through your hours — we run tight and rapid

Best Fit:

someone from medical, allied-health or psychology reception who's warm on the phone, ruthless with follow-up, discreet with confidential information, and wants to grow into a practice management role as we scale — because we will scale, and you'll have first claim on that growth.

Full-time, $30 per hour + super depending on experience. Fully remote — you'll need a quiet home office and solid internet. Immediate start preferred.
