Grounded Earthmoving Group in Victoria is seeking an experienced Civil Crew Leader and Pipe Layer to join our growing team. You will lead a small crew on civil construction projects, including subdivisions, drainage and sewer works. You will read plans, work from set-out and organise the job to deliver quality outcomes.

A role where your leadership and technical skills are recognised. The position offers a market-competitive salary and a company vehicle, with Monday–Friday work and optional Saturday
