The Sporting Globe Geelong is seeking skilled Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties to lead busy kitchen operations in a high-volume sports bar and grill. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering quality meals, following national recipes and plating guides, and ensuring rapid, consistent service.
You will maintain food safety and cleanliness, manage section allocation and daily operations with the Sous and Head Chef, and contribute to menu development and specials.
