We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Banking Branch Trainee to join our client in Smithfield QLD. This full-time traineeship offers the prospect to gain valuable hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Financial Services.

About the Role

As part of a supportive branch team, you will develop practical skills and experience across a range of banking and customer service activities, including:

- Assisting customers with their everyday banking needs
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing outstanding service
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Learning about banking products and services
- Assisting with customer requests and resolving issues
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Identifying opportunities to connect customers with suitable products and services

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

- Friendly, professional and customer focused




- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn
- Interested in developing a long-term career in banking or financial services
- Available to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Previous customer service experience in highly regarded but not essential.
