At Brisbane Post and Beams we are proud to say we have over 20 years in the industry and have built a reputation for providing high-quality products and friendly professional service. We specialise in providing steel house columns, steel beams and fabricated steel products for the residential construction and renovating markets and are actively searching for a the right person as a Quote Processor to be a part of our growing team!
This is a new role which will focus quote and estimation work to support the growth of the business, as well as assisting within the team.
Day-to-day duties will include:
Entering documentation through our quotation portal.
Processing, checking and supplying clients with accurate quotations within a timely manner.
Maintain the quotation portal register.
Convert accepted quotations into jobs and arrange supply of technical drawings and feed material.
Communicate with fabrication and administration teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and all required information is accurately recorded in internal systems.
Manage and report on your quotation pipeline, including participation in sales meetings and presenting quote and sales data to senior management.

Successful applicants will have:
Previous experience in a similar position in the manufacturing or steel industry is highly desirable
Sound understanding of the quote-to-supply workflow process
Eagerness to learn internal systems
Strong communication skills and technical skills across the Microsoft suite including Excel
High attention to detail and strong problem solving
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have full working rights in Australia
