Lead ERP consulting, business process improvement, and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Lead Business Central implementations and upgrades
- Configure Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales and Operations modules
- Conduct workshops, UAT, and user training
- Collaborate with technical teams and advise on best practices
Required Experience
- 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV functional consulting experience
- Solid understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, or AI-enabled business solutions
