RSM Australia is seeking a Financial Controller on a parental leave cover basis to oversee Group Finance operations, including treasury, FP&A;, and external reporting. Reporting to the Director of Group Finance, you will lead the accounting and FP&A; teams and partner with senior leaders to translate financial insights into strategic initiatives.

The role requires CA or equivalent and 3+ years in a senior finance position, with hands-on experience in Workday and Adaptive Planning, plus knowledge
