The Chance
Lead a frontline Food & Beverage team and help create memorable experiences across our theme parks. You’ll keep your outlet running smoothly, support your fellow team members and uphold high standards of service, presentation and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the outlet for trade, with stock and equipment ready to go.
- Lead, coach and direct team members throughout the shift.
- Deliver accurate orders, ensuring recipes and quality standards are maintained.
- Provide excellent guest service and quick resolutions to any issues.
- Maintain high levels of outlet presentation, cleanliness, food safety,



RSA and compliance standards.
- Complete closing tasks including stock management in SAP, register finalisation and operational reporting.
- Report any issues that may affect outlet operations immediately to your outlet Leader/Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

- Confident communication, delegation and leadership skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong guest service experience.
- Sound knowledge of food safety practices.
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and nights, and at other VRTP properties when required.
