The Role
- 5 days per week (set roster)
- Support employee engagement and learning.
- Oversee the front of house barista area.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Work with our social enterprise manager to help provide wrap around supports
- Work efficiently during service while maintaining presentation
- Work alongside and model standards for young people in training
About You
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Sound knowledge of food safety practices
- Patient and able to work constructively with young people
- Organised, reliable, and able to maintain standards independently
- Able to use initiative
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in food quality, runs a clean kitchen, and can balance production with mentoring responsibilities.
