Your Contribution

- Provide the highest standard of care for residents in accordancewith the Aged Care Standards and Aged Care Act
- Deliver comprehensive care and individual case management toresidents according to the organizational clinical framework and caremodel.
- Ensure effective delivery of the nursing process through theeffective resident entry, assessment, care planning and delivery,evaluation and exit recognized by qualified standards.
- Lead and coordinate care staff to effectively deliver residentscare, everyday activities, administration of medication and interventions thatpromote overall resident well-being and meaningful engagement
- Coach the care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care,develop skills and knowledge gaps.
- Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holisticperson-centered approach
- Build positive relationships with Residents, families,



and otherstaff members

The Essentials

- Aged Care nursing experience is essential
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner RegulationAgency (AHPRA).
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations and evidence based bestpractice relevant to aged care
