Retail Showroom Consultant | Gold Coast
They are looking for a driven Retail Showroom Consultant to join their Gold Coast team. This is a energetic, customer-focused role where you'll manage inbound enquiries, meet with clients in the showroom, build quotations and guide projects from initial conversation through to completion.

As Retail Showroom Consultant, you will:
- Manage inbound phone, email and showroom enquiries
- Meet with commercial clients to understand their workplace and furniture requirements
- Recommend tailored furniture and workspace solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow projects through to completion
- Build strong relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
- Contribute to a fun, energetic and results-focused team culture
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in retail, showroom or consultative sales
- Confidence communicating via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and commercial mindset
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExperience within furniture, interiors, commercial sales or home improvement will be highly regarded
