About the Role
Culture is important to us so finding the right person is key! You will be supported by our amazing team of Dental Assistant’s and support staff, as we work together to achieve our goal of providing quality patient care.
In this role you will be:
- Preparing and resetting rooms
- Helping with sterilisation flow
- Supporting the team during peak times
- Following Infection Control Polices
- Providing occasional Reception relief, if required
- Problem-solving and taking initiative
- Collaborating closely with the team
About You
We value attitude, commitment, and professionalism above all. You will also have:
- Passion for dental care and client service
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
- Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliability and a genuine passion for the industry
- Confidence with computers
- Superior organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to contribute to team morale
- An approachable personality who is friendly, bubbly, and well-presented
