RFDS SA/NT invites applications for a Learning & Development Project Officer to support TEMRS in Darwin. You will help administer the LMS, develop digital learning content and work with stakeholders to improve onboarding and workforce capability.

The role focuses on content creation, induction programs and governance to ensure high-quality learning outcomes across the TEMRS cohort. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred, with experience in a quick-paced health‑service
