Kitchen Steward | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Location: Sydney CBD

Shift Availability

- Morning shifts: Start between 6:00am and 8:00am.
- Afternoon shifts: Start in the afternoon and finish no later than midnight.

What You’ll Do

- Operating commercial dishwashers and cleaning crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, hygienic and organised.
- Safely storing clean equipment and preparing items for functions and events.
- Supporting chefs with general kitchen duties.
- Following food safety, chemical handling and workplace safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring





- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, kitchen hand or stewarding role.
- A Food Handler Basics Certificate—essential.
- Uniform: Steel cap Boots and black trousers (required).
- A reliable approach and willingness to help your team.
- The ability to work safely in a busy, physically active role.
- An understanding of food safety, safe manual handling and chemical handling.
