SunRice CopRice is seeking a Shift Coordinator to lead frontline teams in Leeton NSW, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality outputs. Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you’ll be the shift escalation point and drive continuous improvement while fostering a cooperative team culture.

You’ll deliver toolbox talks, monitor performance against KPIs, coordinate workflows and materials, and mentor team members.
