Illawarra Women's Trauma Recovery Centre is seeking a Counselling Team Leader who will guide a specialist counselling team focused on women’s recovery from trauma and violence. The role combines direct therapeutic work with supportive leadership, contributing to service planning, supervision and reflective practice.
Reporting to the Head of Programs, you will coordinate client allocation, provide clinical guidance and ensure safety planning within a feminist, client-centred framework.
