Glencore’s Rolleston Open Cut in Central Queensland is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, drive safety and performance, and coordinate with planning and reliability groups. You will manage contractors, review equipment status, and ensure compliance with site procedures in a hands-on mining setting.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a similar role at an open-cut coal mine, strong technical maintenance knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities
