Senior Payroll Officer - 6 Months temp Role - Remote work

Opportunity now exists for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer who is immediately available and seeking an immediate opportunity to join the team of a reputable business.

This role commences ASAP initially on a temporary ongoing basis.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role sits within a large finance function. This role will be involved in the processing of end to end, monthly, medium sized payroll, including EFTs, new starter set ups, superannuation, taxation calculations, and termination calculations. You can work remotely anywhere from Australia

The Person

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- Experience in a Payroll System using Dayforce, ADP & Workforce
- To check the accuracy of the payroll data
- Monthly reconciliations & reporting
- Checking the new employees & updating employee information
- Checking & entering all timesheets
- Termination calculations & reconciliations of salary packaging
- Previous experience of AUS payroll is essential and candidates who have a good understanding of awards and EBA's are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Experience in using Excel will be highly desriable.
