About The Role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately100 properties across Perth.
- Daily portfolio management duties where your passion for customer service and client care will shine.
- End to end role where you have full control over your portfolio and how you run it.
- Have support from the BDM and Trust Accountant.
- Great management team who actually support and back their team!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Manager.
- Current Property Management Registration & CPD points.
- Tech-savvy with Property Tree experience highly regarded.
- Professional presentation with outstanding communication skills.
- A people-person with a genuine desire to deliver the best client experience.
- Able to manage tasks independently while still being a true team player.
