The role requires AQF Certificate III (with 2+ years on-the-job training) or AQF Certificate IV, or alternatively 3+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of HACCP and creating high-quality dishes is essential. Salary ranges 71,500–79,500 AUD plus super.
