HammondCare is seeking a Home Care Support Worker to assist clients in Northern Sydney & Beaches. You will provide essential personal care at home, help with daily tasks, and support independence.

This role requires travel to multiple suburbs in your own car, with paid travel time and a modest km allowance. No experience required; training provided; Certificate III in Aged Care preferred.

You’ll be compassionate, reliable, patient, and solution-focused, with a valid driver's license.
