We are seeking a Store Manager to join Clover’s General Store in Bridgetown, WA. This position is 70 hours per fortnight 7am-2pm, Monday to Friday, that offers the perfect opportunity for a dedicated employee looking to lead a dynamic store setting. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, and creating an exceptional customer experience. This role is pivotal to the success of our store and plays a key role in delivering our company’s strategic objectives within the retail and consumer products sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes
- Manage and motivate staff, training, performance management and scheduling
- Drive sales performance and work towards achieving store targets
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness and product displays
- Manage inventory control, stock ordering and logistics
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and relevant legislation
- Implement and promote company initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Build strong relationships with local community and customers to enhance brand loyalty
