Montgomery Advisory is partnering with a leading independent Australian law firm to recruit a Lawyer or Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with major institutional investors, property developers, landlords and leading commercial operators on a diverse range of high-quality real estate matters. The team has a strong national presence and advises on significant property transactions and developments across the retail, industrial and mixed-use sectors.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
- Drafting and negotiating leases and associated property documentation
- Advising landlords, tenants, developers and institutional investors
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Property development and management matters
- Supporting major real estate transactions and projects

You will gain exposure to sophisticated clients and transactions while working alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative,



commercially focused environment.

About You

You will have:

- 2–4 years' post-admission experience in property or real estate law
- Solid experience in commercial leasing, ideally across a broad range of matters
- Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
- A commercial, client-focused approach
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team
- A genuine interest in developing your career within a leading real estate practice
