The Physiotherapy Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Physiotherapist (Rehabilitation) to join their team on a temporary basis.

To deliver high level comprehensive physiotherapy clinical skills and leadership to provide effective and efficient treatment across acute inpatient clinical areas, to client groups within the Mackay Hospital and Health Service
About the Team
Our Physiotherapy Service delivers care to patients, both adults and children, throughout our hospital departments as well as in outpatient, community and rural settings. Our Physiotherapists aim to restore a person's function, maximising their mobility and health and minimising their dysfunction.
Treatment is tailored to each individual and is based on the patient's needs.
About our Hospital and Health Service
Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,500 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
