Looking to turn your real estate experience and relationship skills into new business? An established Gold Coast agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to attract new landlords and grow its property management portfolio. With a presence across residential sales, property management and project marketing, the business offers several avenues for building investor relationships.
The Role
- Generate new management opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals
- Meet with landlords, present rental appraisals and secure management agreements
- Build relationships with investors and referral partners
- Work with the sales and property management teams to identify opportunities
- Maintain your pipeline and coordinate a smooth handover of new clients
About You
- Experience in real estate business development, property management or sales
- Confident prospecting, presenting and converting opportunities
- Strong relationship skills and a proactive approach
- Organised, commercially minded and motivated by targets
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration and driver's licence
