State Sport Centres Trust (SSCT) is seeking a Lifeguard Supervisor for the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. This part time role (15 hours/week) leads lifeguard teams, oversees aquatic safety, and ensures excellent customer service across busy facilities.

The successful candidate will supervise shifts, coordinate operations, and promote water safety while maintaining high presentation and compliance standards.
