Brisbane City Council is seeking an experienced operational leader for the Principal Officer, Branch Operations role in City Licences and Permits. You will lead branch operations, coordinate core business functions and ensure effective, customer-focused service delivery across the branch.

You will work with senior leaders, drive continuous improvement, and help establish a newly formed branch by aligning people, processes and priorities. This is a permanent full-time position based in Brisbane.
