SustainRecruit is partnering with a rapid-growing manufacturing business to fill a Business Analyst role focused on MES. Based in Canberra with a hybrid model (3 days onsite), you will bridge the gap between code and production, enabling scalable manufacturing systems.

You'll lead requirements across the production lifecycle, collaborate with developers and engineers, map state and future processes, and drive improvements on the shop floor through automation.
