CTS Group is looking for an experienced A-Grade Solar Electrician to join our growing team for an immediate start.

This is a hands-on role primarily working on solar installations for new-build homes across Melbourne. We need someone experienced, reliable and confident taking charge on site, leading a team and keeping jobs moving efficiently.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Taking charge of solar installations on site

- Leading and managing a small installation team

- Coordinating the day and allocating tasks to the team

- Completing installations efficiently and to a high standard

- Ensuring work is completed safely and compliantly

- Testing, commissioning and completing required electrical documentation

- Maintaining a clean and professional job site

- Communicating with CTS Group management regarding job progress and any site issues

What We're Looking For

You must have:

- Current VIC A-Grade Electrical Licence

- Strong hands-on solar installation experience





- Ability to confidently lead and manage a team

- Own reliable vehicle

- Own tools

- Strong work ethic and good time management

- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site

- Positive understanding of electrical and solar compliance requirements

- Current driver's licence

Battery experience is highly regarded but not essential.

What We Offer

- $80-$90 per hour, depending on experience
