Minor Hotels is seeking a skilled Demi Chef for AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort and AVANI WELL in NSW. This full time kitchen role supports food preparation, cooking and presentation to deliver high-quality dining experiences for guests.
You'll prepare dishes, assist with plating, maintain cleanliness, and work with the team to ensure efficient service. Australian cookery qualifications (ideally Cert III) and a passion for cooking are required, with weekend shifts possible.
