Support on Offer:

- Gradual increase of Caseloadfrom when you start
- Fortnightly 1:1 Supervisionwith a Senior Occupational Therapist with 8+ years experience
- Mentoring from an experienced team of OT's- 2 Senior OT's, and 3 early career OT's (1-3 years experience)
- Access $1000 CPD Allowance& fortnightly team trainings internally
- EachOT specialises in a different practice area, so they can provide tailored support that suits your caseload
- Admin teamwho take care of scheduling & invoicing, so you just focus on providing quality therapy
- Caseload can be tailoredto your areas of interest

Your Caseload:

- 90% NDIS, 10% Private clients & increasing DVA/ Return to work starting in the new year
- Mixed Ages Caseload (65% Adults, 25% Paediatrics & 10% Aged Care)
- Hybrid Role - support in the clinic & flexibility in the community
- Diagnoses you will support (not exclusive):(Adults)Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Cerebral palsy, and spinal cord injuries conditions.(Paediatrics)ASD, ADHD, developmental delays,Sensory Processing Disorder

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
