ACSO's Men’s Reintegration Service is a statewide program delivering re-entry support to people in prison and after their return to the community. Working with each client, the program helps address barriers to community reintegration and supports a positive transition.
The position involves Through-Care Post Release Support across Rockhampton and Gladstone, building reintegration plans and linking clients to housing, employment and services.
