Hooker & Heijden is recruiting a Claims Advocate in Melbourne to manage a portfolio of property claims from lodgement to finalisation. The role focuses on empathetic, efficient handling and solid customer service.

You will liaise with insurers, builders, engineers, assessors and internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs and ensure policy wordings are correctly interpreted. A proactive, communicative approach is essential.
