Concentric in Carrum Downs, VIC is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (full-time or part time) to join a multidisciplinary Allied Health team. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based support plans for adolescents and adults across a range of diagnoses, with emphasis on improving mental health and overall well-being.
You will evaluate needs, develop plans, conduct assessments and collaborate with clinicians to manage behaviours of concern within the NDIS framework.
