Turosi Pty Ltd in Broadmeadows is seeking a Production Manager to lead a large-scale, high-volume meat/further processing operation. You will drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement while developing frontline leaders across multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coach Area Managers and Supervisors, optimize OEE and productivity, and partner with Engineering, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain and HR to deliver measurable
