The Role

We are currently seeking a Structural Integrity Supervisor to lead a small multi-trade team delivering structural remediation, concreting and surface treatment scopes on Pilbara iron ore sites, working on an 8/6 roster.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervising a small team of Blaster Painters, Boilermaker/Welders and Trade Assistants, ensuring works are completed efficiently
- Work closely with the Client Representative to plan work scopes and execute safely and efficiently
- Ensure works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Review and sign off on risk assessments and permits for work tasks performed on site
- Conduct pre-start briefings in line with the information provided so all team members are informed and prepared
- Monitor quality and compliance of welding works and specialised coating systems

About You





- Ideally a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Pilbara iron ore sites
- S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (or the capacity to obtain one)
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Dedication to the safety, wellbeing and future development of your team
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Solid understanding of structural integrity scopes including concreting, structural remediation and surface treatment
