Hester Hornbrook Academy is seeking a Senior Youth Worker for our Geelong Campus to lead wellbeing initiatives and provide in office and outreach support to students. You will collaborate with educators, families and care teams to design safe, engaging learning environments and implement holistic wellbeing strategies.
You will coordinate supervision, support staff development, and help align practices with school priorities and safeguarding standards.
