6HEAD, a premium steakhouse in a boutique hospitality group, seeks an Assistant Sommelier Manager to support the Head Sommelier in delivering outstanding wine experiences. You will manage wine operations, train staff and drive beverage sales within a 280-bottle portfolio, featuring Australian, NZ and international wines.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in senior wine service, solid wine knowledge, and RSA certification; leadership and storytelling are key to success in this premium dining
