This permanent part time role (36 hours per fortnight) involves handling frontline inquiries, delivering high-quality customer service, and using hospital information systems to provide timely information to patients and staff.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team or autonomously, and experience with Word and Excel.
