Monash Health in Victoria is launching a brand-recent Mental Health Hospital in the Home service. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the MH HITH team, shape the care model, and recruit the initial workforce, setting culture and standards aligned with inpatient units.

You will provide clinical and operational leadership, build a multidisciplinary team, and manage a seven-day rotating roster, ensuring safe, high-quality, consumer-centred care in home settings, with strong governance
