Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team and contribute to high-quality dining experiences for guests.

You will assist with food preparation across breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, banqueting and buffet service, while maintaining hygiene and stock rotation. A Food Safety Certificate and experience in quick-paced kitchens are preferred, with opportunities for growth within Accor's global brand.
