KLC Recruitment is recruiting an HR Generalist for a community services client based in Ringwood. The role runs December 8 to January 31, for 3 days per week with 1 day in the office; the remaining days can be worked remotely.
You will provide high-quality HR support across policies, compliance, and best practice. You will apply expertise in generalist HR, employee relations, and Australian employment law to support managers and staff and ensure adherence to SCHADS and FVREE policies.
